- The U.S. Department of Labor?s Office of Public Affairs (OPA), Division of Enterprise Communications (DEC) seeks the services of a qualified (8a) contractor to support a multi-year effort in the areas of Web Application Development, Implementation, and Management Enterprise Technology services including Infrastructure Support and Web Management, including written and graphical content. This competition is a 100% (8a) small business set-aside. For your information, the NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 Computer Design Services. The size standard is $23 million. The period of performance expected is for (1) base year and (4) option years to provide the full range of support required to initiate, plan, execute, control and closeout of this project for the USDOL/OPA/ DEC. DOL anticipates making only one (1) award for this requirement. This solicitation will be available December 22nd by 3:30 pm E.S.T. and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
