- Modification #1 incorporates changes, deletions, and additions to RFP1000, VoIP Telephone System for Elko, Nevada and Riverside, California. Modification #1 also extend the close date to January 12, 2007, 4:30 PM (MST). Please contact Santiago Almaraz, Contract Specialist, via email santiago.almaraz@ihs.gov to request an electronic copy of Modification #1. The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service is seeking to award in an Open Market with a set aside for SBA Certified 8(a) Business participants for two (2) new phone switches that shall provide Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) and the hardware necessary to run the system. A VoIP phone system shall include all equipment, software, phones, installation and warranty. Each user will have voice mail box and the ability to have multiple lines at their phones for conferencing, etc. New network core switch shall be capable of in-line power to supply power to the VoIP phones. The contractor shall be responsible for all work, including labor, materials, products, tools, engineering testing, transportation, per diem, taxes, and installation. The contractor shall furnish fully qualified trained personnel to perform the project. The two projects are to be completed in Riverside, California and Elko, Nevada.
