- Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Proposed acquisition covers a requirement for Mitten Inserts, Flyer NSN 8415-00-269-0496 to be manufactured in accordance with MIL-M-9105. The RFQ will be issued as a total small business set-aside for a firm fixed quantity of 200 pairs. Destination: New Cumberland, PA depot. FOB Destination. Production lead-time is 120 days after the date of award. All materials used in the fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror. All components/manufacturing must be of domestic origin. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered.
