- The purpose of this modification is to correct the part number for the quantity of 1700, remove the quantity of 4 each for Part number TG659Z/A, and to extend the closing date to 20 December 2006. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to obtain software maintenance services to support brand name FileMaker Pro software. Brand name justification is based on the agency approval of software product lines for standard use based on engineering designs and market analysis and the use of an enterprise agreement that benefits the agency. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the services are available from only one source, the manufacturer of the software, FileMaker or authorized resellers. The period of performance is 31 December 2006 through 30 December 2007. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Note 22. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in affect through Federal Circular 2005-14. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a purchase order for the following brand name items: 1700 ea, FileMaker Pro 8 T7 Maintenance, Part number, TD659Z/A, 2 each Filemaker Pro 8 Advanced 1 yr, Part number TG762Z/A and 4 each Filemaker Server 8.0 maintenance 1 yr, Part number TD969LL/A. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis with only one award made to the lowest price offeror who meets the requirements for all line items. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
