- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire the Annual Customer Support Plan (ACSP) for the DoD MAXIMO software licenses. These services include unlimited 24/7 toll free customer support, unlimited use of on-line support, user forums, knowledge base, technical bulletins, upgrade information, defect listing by version, support for lab problem resolution, production information, periodic patches maintenance releases as well as enhancements and new versions of the MAXIMO applications. These services support the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Army Corps of Engineers. The period of performance will be from 1 Feb 2007 through 31 Jan 2008 with four (4) one-year options. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with MRO Software, Inc of Bedford, MA under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). MRO Software, Inc. is the only know provider of this software and license agreements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office.
