Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F3ZT897297A100; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-14 and Defense DCN 20061109. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. The business size standard is 500 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6150. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3629. This request for quotation consists of the following items: Item 0001: 1 ea switch, dead front pad-mounted switchgear S&C PME-12 or Federal Pacific PSE-12 equivalent (OR EQUAL). Pad mounted gear, outdoor distribution, continuous current rating: 600 amp, Hz: 60, 14.4 Kv nominal, 95-Kv BIL, includes fuse holders. Item 0002: 3 ea fuses, SME-4Z, 14.4Kv, 100E, 95 BIL. Item 0003: 6 ea fuses, SME-4Z, 14.4Kv, 175E, 95 BIL. OR EQUAL bids will be evaluated by the government to determine if they will meet the government?s requirements.
