- SOURCES SOUGHT - The 754th Electronic Systems Group, Technical Data Section (754 ELSG/ILMT) at Wright- Patterson AFB, OH is seeking sources to complete deployment/migration and decommissioning of the Air Force Automated Technical Order Management Systems (ATOMS) and Air Force Technical Order Index (AFTOX). This effort will consist of (a) completing the migration from the existing desktop version of ATOMS to the new web-enabled version, (b) phasing out and decommissioning the desktop version, (c) level 2 and 3 help desk support, (d) application and data administration of ATOMS and AFTOX, (e) operational data exchange processing, and (f) software maintenance for the (the web-enabled version of) ATOMS and AFTOX and providing all new code to Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS).
