- The Department of Labor intends on awarding order for Global ECS Software and maintenance for a 12 month period in accordance with the attached statement of work. No quotes are requested. Point of Contact: Michael Lamb (202) 693-4573; lamb.michael@dol.gov. Statement of Work 1. Period of Performance: Period of Performance would be 12 months effective from date of award. 2. Products: ESA OWCP- DCMWC requires the following: (1) One Global ECS Single System (2) Two Global ECS Backup Systems (3) Three Global ECS Linux Agents (1) One week of GECS Onsite Installation/Consulting/ Training (including all associated expenses) (1) ECS Standard Maintenance Service 3. Training: ESA OWCP-DCMWC requires one week of training from vendor to include installation/consultation/ and training to be scheduled by ESA OWCP-DCMWC. This also includes an estimated cap for associated expenses. 4. Maintenance: This requisition will provide ESA OWCP-DCMWC one year of unlimited telephone support 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM CST Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The first year of Global Maintenance is free. It also includes one-year of automatic upgrades. 5. Support: Refer to (5) regarding support details.
