- Description
- **The purpose of modification is to change the solicitation issue date from 21 Nov 2006 to 4 Dec 2006.** This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 5855-01-057-2200SO, P/N 872089-1, Emitter Assembly, APPL: MC 130E/H/P, MH53J/M aircraft. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 14 EA, a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-10 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 31 May 2007. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 9R460, Advanced Photonix, Inc., 1240 Avenida ACASO, Camarillo, CA 93012-8754. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
