- Description
- The U. S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) intends to award a sole source procurement to Telecordia Technologies, Incorporated, Government and Public Sector, One Telecordia Drive, Piscataway, New Jersey, 08854, to provide a Networx Inventory Code (NIC) system that provides an end-to-end, commercially proven coding system/application for Federal Government Agencies and Telecommunications Service Providers. The proposed period of performance for this contract will be for one year with two one year options. The proposed contract action is for a service for which the Government intends to solict and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (41 U. S. C. 253(c) (l)), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This requirement closes 10 AM 18 December 2006. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-DEC-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
