- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Virginia has a potential requirement to procure the following: Clin 0001, CPS-VR-421, VR-421 Canopy Reserve, 10 ea: Clin 0002 CPS-DRO-SIGMA72-D-S, Military Tandem Vector Sigma Drogue/Sz 72 inches, with DISC, 2 inches mesh-new style color silver, 25 ea; Clin 0003, CPS-DRO-SIGMA60-D-W, Military Tandem Vector Sigma Drogue/Sz 60 inches, with DISC, 2 inches meash-new style, color white, 25 ea; Clin 0004, CPS-LOOP2-M-SIGMA, Loop, Main Pulley, 50 ea; Clin 0005, CPS-RMT-125-9T, Main Risers, 15 pair; Clin 0006, CPS-RSL-TS14-R, Reserve Static Line with ring, collins lanyard system, color silver, 15 ea; Clin 0007, CPS-PCR, Pilotchute, Reserve Parachute, 10 ea; Clin 0008, CPS-RSBAG-TS14, Deployment bag, reserve with bridle, color white, 10 ea; Clin 0009, CPS-CUTAWAY-1T-GRN, Breakaway Handle Sigma, color Kelly Green, 20 ea, Clin 0010, CPS-RCSOFT-26T-RED, Reserve Static Line with ring, collins lanyard system, color red, 15 ea; Clin 0011, CPS-TOGGLE-M-M1-YEL, Military Main Toggle Stiffened velcro, Color yellow, 5 pair, Clin 0012, CPS-TOGGLE-M-TF-BLK, Tandem Main Flare Toggle Black, 10 pair. H92244-06-T-0015 is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Submit written offers; oral orders will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-14, 22 November 2006. North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 423990 applies to this procurement. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price.
