- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 01 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR LABORATORY CABINETS AND BENCHTOPS FOR THE KSC CHEMICAL LABORATORY. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify instructions on how to obtain a copy of the RFQ Package. To obtain a copy of the RFQ package, Contractors shall send their request via electronic mail to the following address: lourdes.brown-1@nasa.gov NO PHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on January 12, 2007.
