- General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Auburn WA requires elevator maintenance services at the U S Federal Building/U S Post Office, 301 Yakima Street, Wenatchee WA. The government anticipates making award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a base period of three years; two additional three-year option periods may be awarded dependent upon contractor performance and government need. The anticipated solicitation date is December 15, 2006. Due date for offers is January 9, 2007. The anticipated start date of services is February 1, 2007. This procurement is a full and open commercial service utilizing FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 15, Source Selection Procedures with award based on best value to the government.
