- NSWCCD PHILADELPHIA intends to acquire through sole source negotiations the services of the University of Missouri-Rolla. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel and material necessary to improve the match between calculated and measured ac and dc impedances. This procurement is Firm Fixed-Price and will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
