Description
The U.S Army Communication Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to issue a Two Step Seal Bid contract to procure the SU-96/UA Light Emitting Diode Arrays (LEDAs) (NSN 5855-01-029-8733); SU-122/UA LEDAs (NSN 5855-01-119-5869); and SU-127/ UA LEDAs(NSN 5855-01-203-4714.) This is a Firm Fixed Price single award of a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. In Step One of the Two Step Seal Bid, which consists of the request for and submission of evaluation and discussion of technical proposal, NO PRICING is involved. Step two involves the submission of sealed bids by Offerors that submitted acceptable technical proposal in Step One. Award will be made to the best overall proposal, which is determined to be the most benefic ial to the Government. The maximum ceiling for the entire five year contract is estimated at $15,000,000.00. The initial minimum quantity for the first delivery order is anticipated to be 1,200 each SU-96/US, 3,000 each SU-122/UA, and 700 each SU-127/UA. The number assigned to this solicitation is W15P7T-07-B-W414. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source and the FOB is destination. The solicitation will include First Article Requirements; the Government may elect to waive First Article Requirements if warranted by the past performance of the contractor. The delivery schedule will be specified in the solicitation.
