Description: Construction Services to construct a new steel warehouse for Building 604, FT. Monmouth, NJ. Please be advised that Reps and Certs and the Bid Bond will be required at time of Bid Opening on 30 January 2007 at 2PM EST. Drawings will be available by r equest to the Contracts person stated below. Please include your companies name, FED EX Number, and Tel # with your e-mail request. The magnitude for this project is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204.Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. The period of performance for this effort is 120 days. Liqudated Damages in the amount of $200.00 per day will be assessed for any unauthorized schedule overruns. The contractor will be required to provide a construction performance schedule(MS Pro ject Format)and a Schedule of Values for progress payments prior to start of work.
