- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912JV-06-Q-4001 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 316991 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitati on; 0001 ? Communication Packs- Quantity 39 each in the following colors (20 foliage, 19 titanium), Mystery Ranch Communication Pack to include the following (1) Nylinear Individual Carrying Equipment (NICE) Frame, which includes three vertical and thre e horizontal carbon/fiberglass stays, Automatic adjustable yoke system, and padded lumbar wrap. (1) Daypack with dual pocket lid, with hydration slot and pullout backpack straps which allows the pack to be worn separately. (1) COMM 2 Bag with pocket to ac commodate PRC-117F radio, bottom pocket for satellite antenna, extra BA-5590 batteries, and MK-7 range finder, external antenna/cable ports on top and left/right side of bag, laptop pouch with internal port for connection to PRC-117F . (1) 3-zipper Hitchik er pack, 1600 cubic inch bag with three internal pockets and a 200 cubic inch top pocket, attaches to COMM 2 bag. (1) Saddle Bag pockets for Zinc/Air Fuel cell battery, and large satellite antenna. (1) PRC-117F Remote Keypad shoulder strap mounted pocket (1) Hip belt mounted small satellite antenna pocket. Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 6801 NE Cornfoot Road, Portland Oregon 97218. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Comm ercial Items.
