- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) of behalf of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Nuclear and Chemical and Biological Defense Programs (ATSD(NCB)) and the Special Assistant for Chemical and Biological Defense & Chemical Demilitari zation Programs (OSA(CBD&CDP)), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a sole source award with Analytic Services Inc. This requirement is for management, organizational and business improvement services to oversee the Joint DoD Chemical Biolo gical Defense Program (CBDP) and DoD Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (Cbt WMD) Programs and requires on site support to the ATSD(NCB). The period of performance is 1 Jan 07 - 30 Jun 07.
