- This is a modification to the synopsis of the issue and closing date of SPM4A6-07-R-0145. Issue date is December 19,2006 with a closing date of January 19,2007. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Requested delivery is 60 DARO. This NSN is Critical Item Application, is a Commercial Item. Solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which 5220 each for the base year and for each option year thereafter.
