(CAGE 6L064) Part Number: SUNNY SOL 150. Original manufacturer?s commercial unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. MSDS and OSHA hazard warning label are required. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. No data is available. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is a synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203 for a commercial item under the procedures FAR Part 12. This is solicited as Other than Full and Open Competition as an unrestricted procurement and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract for a quantity of 2,299 DR. A Quantity Option will be included in the solicitation. Progress payments shall not be included in the solicitation. This is not a Critical Application Item. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). DLA-direct line to Richmond, VA (SRG) only. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on January 2, 2007 with a closing date of February 2, 2007.
