- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a responsible Contractor to perform a firm fixed price IDIQ contract. Contractor shall provide Lawn Mowing, Maintenance & Snow Removal Services for all facilities of the U.S. Botanic Garden, Washington, D.C. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform services. The Contract shall include a Base year plus (4) four Option years. The locations to be serviced are as follows: (i) USBG DC Village Complex at 4700 Shepherd Parkway SW, Washington DC, (ii) USBG Conservatory at 100 Maryland Avenue SW, Washington DC, and (iii) USBG Bartholdi Park at Independence Avenue & First Street SW, Washington DC. This solicitation package will be available electronically at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm on or by December 30, 2006. Interested parties are encouraged to download the electronic version, as this will eliminate lost time incurred when a hard copy of the solicitation is mailed. Site visit and pre-proposal conference details will be included in the solicitation package.
