- The purpose of this Amendment is to answer technical questions that were submitted prior to the deadline of 12 Dec 2006, 3:00 PM MST. Question 1 The Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) states at 2352 x 1728 resolution the camera needs to record at l east 500 pictures per second. Is this correct? Answer to Question 1 Per the CSS the High Speed Camera System shall have a minimum resolution of 2352 horizontal by 1728 vertical at full resolution frame rate of 500 frames per second. Question 2 The camera s hall have the ability to digitally store full resolution images for a minimum of two seconds at full resolution. At what frame rate? Answer to Question 2 The minimum recording duration is two seconds at 500 frames per second frame rate at a minimum resolut ion of 2352 x 1728. The deadline for Technical Questions has expired and will not be extended. The closing date and time for proposals is not extended and remains 14 December 2006, 3:00 PM MST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-DEC-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
