- Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for comprehensive diagnostic radiology services in the Radiology Department located at Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. for treatment of eligible personnel.. The successful Offeror shall regularly provide services for up to 4 hours daily on Saturday, on Sunday, and on holidays. Weekend and holiday coverage is required only as needed to accommodate the accumulated workload generated from the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and Branch Clinics. The specific hours during which Saturday, Sunday, and holiday services are provided shall be at the discretion of the Contractor but shall be performed between the hours of 0800 and 1600. The Contractor will be paid only for the actual weekend and holiday hours worked. The contract resulting from the anticipated solicitation will be for a base period of one year with four option periods of one year each for a total of 60 months. Award will be made to one Contractor on a firm fixed price contract. Services are required for the base period of 30 Sept 2006 through 29 September 2007. Offerors shall be required to provide documentation/information that they meet all qualifications to perform the required services and have the technical experience to do so. The applicable SIC code is 8062. The NAICS code is 622110. The solicitation will be available on the NMLC home page at http://www.nmlc.med.navy.mil on or about 28 April 2006 and will remain open until 30 days after date of issue. The Navy is committed to a paperless acquisition process. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. Only written requests for the solicitation shall be honored.
