- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), U.S. Department of Treasury intends to issue a sole source modification to Purchase Order Number TOTS-D-07-P-00020 with Personnel Decisions Institute, Inc for the continuing development of OTS? Comprehensive Consumer Compliance Examination. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. Technical information must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OTS consumer compliance examination requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement received by December 19, 2006 at 2:00PM EST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed modification based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. Such information, if submitted, should be forwarded by email to elaine.logan@ots.treas.gov. Questions must be emailed to elaine.logan@ots.treas.gov by 2:00 PM December 15, 2006. Oral questions will not be accepted. If this procurement is competed, no additional synopsis will be published and a request for quotation will only be forwarded to the intended vendor and firms that respond to this synopsis of intent.
