- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-07-T-0035, applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is set aside for small business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Fleet Contracting Center, Mayport Fl intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis storage shelving bulkhead and deck base mounts. All hardware and easy to follow instructions necessary for set-up and assembly shall be included. The contractor shall provide FIRE RETARDANT metal shelving, and certificate of conformance reflecting compliance with Mil Std 1623 Fire performance standard and rating , and QPL-24596-6 Qualified Products List of Products qualified under military specification DOD-C-24596, Coating compounds, non -flaming, fire protective coatings.
