- Ref PR 10200265. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, but a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, at Point Mugu, California, has a requirement to purchase 15 each, 40" Radar Corner Reflectors. The units will be used on government-owned targets to simulate radar cross sections. Drawings will be made available upon email request to barbara.contreras@navy.mil; telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price; 2. Technical Capability. Offeror is responsible for completing and including with bid the following FAR fill-in clause: 52.212-3 Alt I Representations and Certific ations - Commercial Items. Any questions resulting from this synopsis/solicitation must be emailed and received no later than 1 week prior to closing date (closing date is 12/27/06) to allow sufficient time for Government to respond. Offers and completed FAR clause must be emailed by the closing date to barbara.contreras@navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
