- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed-price contract for furnishing and installation of a vessel exclusion barrier system at Folsom Lake, Folsom CA. The estimated value of this acquisition is between $1 million and $5 million. For award considerations, only Reclamation Certified Vessel Exclusion Barrier Systems will be evaluated. Barrier testing and certification must be completed no later than the time for submission of offers. The relevant size standard is average net receipts over the last three years not exceeding $31 million. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses. . The solicitation will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about November January 8, 2007. Proposals will be due approximately thirty days thereafter. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
