Description

Description of Work: Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct improvements at Huckleberry Campground Recreation Site. Work shall include the removal of three existing vault toilets and installation of three new Government-Furnished vault toilets; the removal and replacement of existing concrete and asphalt walkways; the installation of new concrete walkways and pads; the removal of existing stop and waste valves and the installation of new stop and waste valves; the construction of a gravel parking area approximately 30'X45'; remounting of existing electrical panels on stand alone supports; and the installation of three kiosks. Work under this Contract is located in Shoshone County, Idaho. The work site is at the Huckleberry Campground Recreation Site approximately 30 miles east of St. Maries on Forest Highway 50 adjacent to the St. Joe River. Performance Period is 45 calendar days. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 100% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at http://ideasec.nbc.gov/. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about January 12, 2007. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov.
