- This notice is released to announce a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers District, New Orleans requirement for the repair of one Argo/Electrovator overside submersible motor for the Dredge Wheeler. The Request for Quote is for a fixed price service contra ct to be competed under solicitation W912P8-07-T-0025. This action is a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 335312, size standard 1,000 employees. The RFQ and all information pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically throu gh the Federal Business Opportunities electronic posting system web link at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is and will continue to be all potential offerors responsibility to monitor the fedbiz website for any amendments, updates, offerors, library, respon ses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential offerors to download from the fedbiz website. Any communications must identify the RFQ number, W912P8-07-T-0025, company name, addre ss, phone number including area code, facsimile number and point of contact. No phone call request will be accepted. The anticipated solicitation release date is 13 December 2006 with a due date of 19 December 2006. NOTE: Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) it is required by Federal Regulations (See FAR 52.204-7004), therefore you must be CCR registered to be awarded this project and payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration may be obtained by callin g 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet.
