- A laboratory support sole source RFP will be issued to Washington Demilitarization Company, LLC, Umatilla Chemical Depot, 78068 Ordnance Road, Hermiston, OR 97838 in mid December 2006. This synopsis is for the purpose of subcontracting possibilities only. Work involves Depot Area Air Monitoring tubes sampling, analysis of waste materials generated, preparation of dilute chemical agent working standards for calibrating and challenging near real-time chemical detectors, and analysis of decontaminants fo r chlorine content.
