PRON: AX7C0027AX NSN: 5340-00-176-0903, PN: 114R3623-1, Quantity: 320 Minimum each and 1,600 Maximum each applicable to CH-47, delivery to Texarkana, TX. Production Lead-Tim e with First Article Testing is 320 each, 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 320 each, 120 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 108 DACA. This is a Five Year Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract type applicable to CH-47. C ontract restricted to The Boeing Company, Cage Code 77272 and Ruscomb Tool and Machine Co., Cage Code 07952. This is a Critical Safety Item. Because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or a selected ite m drawing as defined by the current DOD-STD-100, adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complet e, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prio r to the date stated above. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
