- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to contract with Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, on a sole source basis, to provide an estimated 175 unfurnished two and three-bedroom housing units for government personnel for the period 1 January 2007 through 31 March 2007. Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC is the contractor for the Fort Leonard Wood Family Housing privatization and the housing units are located at Fo rt Leonard Wood, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531110 with a size standard of $6.5 mil. Any resultant contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract. Any firms believing that they can provide these or equa l accommodations may submit a written response with information about their accommodations to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 28 December 2006. The response must clearly show that their accommodations are adequate and available for thi s requirement without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the quality of life without causing hardship to the program.
