- DATE: December 13, 2006 RFQNUMBER: VA-101-07-RQ-0128 INTENDED SOURCE: Corporate Executive Board 2000 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20006 Phone: (202)777-5000 The Acquisition Operations Center (AOS) knows of only a single source capable of accomplishing this requirement and intends to award a simplified acquisition for the following: Unlimited access to propriety strategic research designated by the member executives; an annual executive retreat offering a unique opportunity to interact with the council principals and for the council to disseminate key insights from its propriety strategy research; a series of regionally-based staff briefings presenting results of proprietary strategy research; architectural organizational models and skills competencies; access to resource centers and tools dedicated to reuse across business processes , complexity reduction, SOA, SDLC-integration; unlimited , unrestricted access to password-Protected web site, which contains archived research, online networking tools, decision-support tools and exportable graphics from our studies, slides and speech handouts; access to expert yellow pages, to support the Office of Information & Technology. Corporate Executive Board is the only known provider of these services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties capable of responding to the requirement may submit a capability statement specifically identifying their ability to accomplish this requirement. Responses are due within 10 days after publication of this notice. Responses shall be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition following consideration of responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
