- Description
- This solicitation seeks secretarial support for multiple WJHTC offices. The secretaries will be subject to daily supervision by federal employees, and thus, the support will fall within the definition of "Personal Services" as defined in the FAA's Acquisition Management System. As part of their duties, these secretaries will also have daily access to sensitive procurement information, documents, and decision-making. Because of the strong potential conflicts of interest that may arise, the awardee (and any affiliates) under this contract will be ineligible to compete on WJHTC solicitations for technical, engineering, or administrative support for the duration of contract performance. This procurement is set-aside exclusively for Small 8(a) Disadvantaged Business Concerns. This Screening Information Request's (SIR) North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611. The Business size standard for this NAICS Code is $5.0Mil. The Contractor shall provide Secretarial Support to Organizations at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center. The effort is set forth in Part I- Section C herein, on an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Labor Hour, type contract, for a period of sixty (60) months. Any resulting contract will be a Personal Services Contract in accordance with AMS 3.8.2.3.2 "Personal Services Contracts". The offeror's completed response to the attached SIR must be submitted no later than 11:00 A.M. January 10, 2007, in accordance with instructions set forth in Section L.2. Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at http://faaco.faa.gov under current announcements for the William J. Hughes Technical Center. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
