- Description
- The DHHS/PSC/Mid America CASU contracting office intends to issue a request for proposal, RFP on behalf of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Head Start Bureau (HSB). The HSB is in need of a contractor to provide support, knowledge, information and experience for the Head Start and EHS grantees through electronic and materials dissemination. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of twelve (12) month option periods. The solicitation will be issued approximately fifteen (15) days after issuance of this synopsis and will be made available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Only electronic copies of this soliciation will be made available. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. No telephone requests for the solcitation will be accepted. This requirement will be conducted as a totsl 100% SET_ASIDE FOR HUBZone SMALL BUSINESSES.
