- Western Area Power Administration (Western) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for 3 ea Bushings, Rated 138kV Voltage Class, 800 Ampere per specification. 3 ea Bushings, Rated 69kV Voltage Class, 400 Ampere per specification. 3 ea Arrester, Station Class, 120kV rated per specification. 3 ea Arrester, Station Class, 60kV rated per specification. 3 ea Arrester, Station Class, 15kV rated per specification. The solicitation is issued under 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation (Request for Quotes/RFQ) will be issued electronically on or about December 14, 2006. Quotes may be mailed, faxed or submitted electronically online or via email. Quotes will be evaluated based upon the criteria stated in the RFQ. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be considered for award. Contractors may register at www.ccr.gov. DUNS number is required for CCR registration. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM Mountain Time on Tuesday, December 26, 2006.
