- The U.S. Census Bureau (USCB), intends to enter into a sole source simplified acquisition with XYEnterprise Inc., for continued software support services on Part# ADVP-NT-M Advanced Production Services Maintenance Qty. 1, Part# XYVU-X-NT-M WTSUWTGXYVIEW Maintenance Qty. 7, Part# MATH-X-M Math License Qty. 2, Part# MATHML-M MATHML COMPO PKG Maintenance Qty. 1, Part# XYUPDATE-M XPP XY-Update Tool Kit Qty. 1, Part# XWS-WIN-M XPP Web Service- WIN-MTCE Qty. 1. This service will run through September 30, 2007. It is the USCB's belief that only XYEnterprise Inc. can satisfy this requirement. This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, responses received by Wednesday, December 20, 2006 will be reviewed and evaluated. Interested companies having the capability to provide the above described services should submit, in writing, their capability statement with cost information to lisa.r.safewright@census.gov or fax to 301-457-8465 no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2006. No telephone requests will be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the USCB. If no repsonses are received a sole source contract with XYEnterprise Inc. will be pursued without further notice.
