- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 5961-01-249-8682. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturers are Goodrich (CAGE: 3CPE0) P/N: 31169-504 and Lucas Aerospace Power Equipment (CAGE: 31435) P/N: 31169-504. This solicitation opens on 01/04/07 and closes 03/29/07. This requirement is for a quantity of 130 each (195 each including option). Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. The Government?s requested delivery time is 120 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12, 22, and 26.
