- Description
- The work includes demolition of finishes in 75 rooms and 38 toilet rooms, modification of walls for addition of 37 new toilet rooms and new finishes in all spaces. Includes floors, walls, ceilings, bases, new lighting, partial rework of existing HVAC, and new plumbing fixtures. New panels for electrical services are also included in the scope of work. NAICS Code 236220 is used for this project. Contract will be awarded using Best Value Continuum. The awarded contract will be firm fixed price. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 1, 2006. Bid and performance bonds will be required. Site visit will be established; date and time will be listed in solicitation. This solicitation will only be available on the internet through the Federal Business Opportunity website. The Contracting Officer for this project is LouAnn DeMoske. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). THERE IS NO GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTION ON THIS COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT.
