- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source award to Webb Research Corporation, East Falmouth, MA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for 6 each profiling floats with bounce cycle capability in accordance with the Salient Characteristics. This action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. NAICS 335999 with business size of 750 employees applies. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
