- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating award on 10 each Coil and Armature Assy, in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Vendors/Contractors are encouraged to respond. This requirement is being issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached Solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a Request for Purchase (RFP) N00253-07-T-0051 and is attached below. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Federal Circulars 2005-14 are included in the attached Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 335312 and has a size standard of 1000. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached Solicitation, which is required to be returned completely filled out and include DFAR 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate and FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items. Offers shall be FOB Destination to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. To access the provisions to be completed, download the Federal Acquisition Regulations at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. Offerors are also advised that these representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Numbered Note 1 Applies Quotes/Offers are due no later than 11/16/06 1600 hours Pacific Time. Contractors interested in submitting quotes must (1) complete the attached Solicitation Form, to include pricing; providing unit prices and extended pricing, (2) complete all Representations and Certifications, DUNs Number information, and Buy American Act information found in the above clauses. Contractors shall ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database http://www.ccr.gov. No paper copies of this RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection.
