- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) through synopsis N00178-07-Q-1900, procured on a sole source basis under Contract N00024-06-G-5200 FH04 from Frontier Electronic Systems Corporation, 4500 West Sixth Avenue, P.O. Box 1023, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74076-1023, build and install four MT-7265/S cable harnesses for the MT-7265/S Switchboard Racks in Nagasaki, Japan. SYNOPSIS N00178-07-Q-1903 covers proposed amendment to add a quantity of four (4) MT-7265/S Power Supplies and two additional technical assistance travel days to Nagasaki, Japan, which increases the value of the order. Technical assistance shall be completed by January 31, 2006. Required installation and technical assistance is not available from any other contractor as Frontier Electronic Systems Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed order.
