Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Headquarters Region 7 intends to award a sole source procurement to Raven Electric for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for one base year and four one year options for electrical repair services at its Tudor Road Facility. This sole source is based upon the requirements of an existing lease between the Government and the facility owner. The following services are to be provided by the contractor: With new construction (major projects) the contractor will prepare detailed layout plans and proposals including estimates of the construction cost. Major projects will be handled on an individual bases on actual requirements. Minor projects such as troubleshooting, computer drops or electrical work that may include but are not limited to the following items: 1) Florescent light fixtures (installed)-2 x 4 w/ T-8 lamps in dropped ceiling 2) 120-volt 15-amp electrical outlet (installed)-cut in or fished down the wall 3) Light switch single (installed)-cut in or fished down the wall 4) Light switch double (installed)-cut in or fished down the wall 5) 120 or 240-volt 20-amp dedicated-cut in or fished down the wall 6) Phone cable (per linear ft/installed) 7) Cat 5 cable (per linear ft/installed) 8) Electrical wiring (per linear ft/installed)-based on 1 ckt / 3 wires @ 100' 9) Network Drop (installed)-150' average runs This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals. Award will be made seven (7) days after this notice. See numbered note 22.
