- This procurement (Sealed Bid) is for the solicitation of a Mosquito Surveillance and Control at the Craney Island Dredged Material Area in Portsmouth, Virginia. The total contract price Base Year plus four option years shall not exceed $ 250,000.00 . Duration of this contract is 365 calendar days with four option periods. THIS IS A 100 % SMALL BUSINESS ASIDE ACQUISITION. SIC Code 7342 applies. NAICS Code 561710 applies. The receipt date for proposals is February 1, 2007. Plans and Specificatio ns will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS, https://www.fedteds.gov) database prior to download plans and specifications. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract.
