- US Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District, intends to procure janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Station, Mayaguez Town Center, 252 North Post Street, Second Floor, Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. The contractor shall provide all material , labor, and equipment for janitorial services. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Period of Performance will be for one base year with four option years. Prospective bidders must bid on the base year and all option years. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation (RFQ), will be most advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Asi de, therefore only small businesses are invited to respond. The applicable NAICS Code is 561720, Small Business Size Standard is $15 Million. Solicitation W912EP 07 T 0008 will be issued on or about 18 December 2006 and offers due on or about 22 December 2 006. Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website at https://www.fedteds.gov/. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. There is a VENDOR US ER GUIDE available on the FedTeDS website. In order to receive notification of any amendments to this solicitation, interested vendors must REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. If y ou are not registered, the Government is not responsible with providing you with notification of any changes to this solicitation. In addition, in order to generate a Plan Holders List, all interested bidders must also REGISTER AS INTERESTED VENDOR which is also located on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Registration Requirements: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this procurement. You must be registered in the Central C ontractor Registration in order to be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation.
