- The Air Force Information Technology Commodity Council (ITCC) is interested in establishing strategic sources of supply for network printers, network multi-function printers (MFPs), associated toner/ink cartridges, supplies, and product support services for use by Air Force purchasers. The ITCC will competitively establish up to four FAR Part 8 GSA Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). Up to three of these BPAs will be awarded to network printer and network MFP device original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with an additional BPA awarded to a small business reseller for the same categories of products following the OEM award process. The OEM BPAs will be awarded to the vendors offering the best value solutions for all categories of network printers and network MFPs along with associated toner, supplies, and product support services. A second solicitation focused on the award of the small business BPA will be released following award of the OEM BPAs.
