- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VAHNUNY) at Buffalo has a need for healthcare services (Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)) to be furnished by the contractor in Dunkirk, New York; serving the veterans of Chautauqua county. The contract will be for a base year plus four one-year renewal options. The solicitation will be available on December 22, 2006. The Contractor will furnish all healthcare providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical care medical needs of the enrolled patients.
