- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting quotes under Solicitation No. VA-786-07-RQ-0033 for the following: Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials and supplies for the removal of spoilage on an "as needed" basis from the date of award through September 30, 2007, with two option years, if exercised, at Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Boulevard, Salisbury, NC 28144. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 484220. Size standard is $23.5 million. Requests for a hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests should be addressed to Cheryl Harding, Contract Specialist. Requests for hard copy must be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the amount of $25.00 (non-refundable), payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." Please reference the solicitation number on remittance. Hard copy solicitations will be available on or about December 13, 2006, via the ordinary mail. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about December 13, 2006. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., December 22, 2006. Potential vendors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov prior to the solicitation closing date. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Quoters are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Numbered Note 1.
