- The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and expertise to move two modular buildings from their current locations at the IHS Hospital in Sisseton, S.D. to their new location at the IHS hospital in Ft. Yates, N.D. One of the modular buildings is 74'-7"x 46', and is approximately 5 years old. It was originally provided in 6 sections, sits over a crawl space and is blocked in place. The second modular unit is 23'-8" x 32', and is also approximately 5 years old. It was originally provided in two sections, sits over a crawl space and is blocked in place. The contractor is responsible for the disconnection of all utilities at the current site including capping of the sewer line at the point where it is disconnected above ground and also the turning off of the water shutoff. The contractor is also required to move the two propane tanks that serve the buildings (1 @ 250 Gal. and 1@ 500 Gal.) as well as the three central air conditioning units that serve the building. The contractor is responsible for securing all required permits including all Tribal licenses, permits, fees, and taxes. Duration of the contract will be Ninety (90) days from the notice to proceed date. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. IFB 241-OM-2007-3551 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a nonrefundable charge of Twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation package. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
