- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 3010-01-410-8037. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Current approved manufacturers are Hub City (0LF97) P/N 0222-00320-1608 and Engineered Air Systems (90598) P/N 62123D. This solicitation opens on 12/29/06 and closes on 1/28/07. This requirement is for a quantity of 51 each (102 including option). Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. The Government?s requested delivery time is 168 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested are at destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12, 22, and 26.
